EstateVue solutions work best with IDX. IDX allows your EstateVue website and listings platform to talk to the board data in your area. By linking these two services together you get a powerhouse marketing team. IDX allows your website to essentially sync up with all of your listings. What that means to you is no longer having to update things in more than one place. Simply update your MLS® data through your feed provider, and every evening at midnight EstateVue will check for updates and automatically apply those changes to your website and platform. Sounds easy – because it is easy!
Feeds are provided by your governing real estate board and permission is generally granted to EstateVue in the form of a letter issued on behalf of your managing broker /owner. It is necessary to note that not all feeds are alike. Some have annual fees (normally handled by the supporting brokerage, but in some cases we have select groups of agents from brokerages banding together to lessen the burden of cost), some have reciprocity, some are harder to work with – no two feeds are really ever the same.
We encourage all of our agent and broker clients to subscribe to the local feeds in their area. It makes marketing easier, keeps you current, and opens up a world of opportunity for custom marketing solutions.
